Victory Outreach Tulare is a Spirit-filled church built on hope — hope for the broken, the searching, and anyone ready for a fresh start. We are part of the Victory Outreach International family, a movement born in the streets and committed to reaching those whom others have given up on.

We are rooted in Tulare, California — a community we love deeply. Our doors are open to all. Whether this is your first time stepping into a church or you've been walking with God for decades, you'll find a community here that's real, caring, and rooted in the Word.
